The challenge

It was time to transform their social channels from mere product showcases into engaging hubs that beckoned families to join the fun both digitally and in-store.

Our solution

We dove deep into The Entertainer's socials and discovered a sea of product promotions with no clear brand narrative. We conjured up three captivating content streams. The first; 'Life's More Fun' wove products into the fabric of everyday life in unexpected and delightful ways. Next 'Pause To Play' made Sundays sacred family time as shops closed, highlighting the importance of quality moments. Finally 'Big Kid HQ' was about meeting the toy aficionados themselves - The Entertainer's employees, who are the ultimate guardians of fun.

The KKB stamp

Their online presence went from flat to fab, sparking engagement and inspiring families to embark on a journey of fun, both online and in their local stores. This was transformation, and it was just the beginning of the adventure!
